Morning Pulse
Four hero tiles at the top of the screen: Period Production, Collections Rate, Supply % of Revenue, and Overhead Rate. Each tile shows the current value, a benchmark comparison, and a status badge so you know instantly whether you’re on track.
Production and Collections Chart
A month-to-date area chart showing production (teal) and collections (violet) as separate lines. See immediately whether collections are tracking production, where gaps opened, and how the current month is trending.
Procedure Mix by Revenue
A revenue-weighted donut chart of your top ADA procedure codes for the period. Hover any segment to see the code, dollar amount, and percentage of total production. This view tells you not just what procedures you performed, but which ones are driving your revenue.
Collections Rate Trend
A 90-day trend line showing how your collections rate has moved over time. Green line and gradient fill make it easy to spot whether collections are improving, declining, or holding steady.
FREM Docked Panel
On the Operations Console, FREM is docked as a persistent panel on the right side of the screen. Every morning it generates a briefing from your actual data: production total, collections rate, supply spend status, top procedure, and any flagged day sheets. Ask FREM follow-up questions directly in the panel without leaving the page.
The 30-Day Practice Pulse
Below the charts, six KPI cards summarize the full period at a glance: Production, Collections, Avg Revenue per Procedure, Patients Seen, New Patients, and Total Procedures. Each card shows the value, a trend indicator, and a delta versus prior period.
The Activity Feed shows recent day sheet parses and supply orders in reverse chronological order. The Watchlist surfaces items needing attention: flagged day sheets, new patient counts below goal, and collections status.
Asking FREM about your operations
The docked FREM panel understands clinical context. Some examples of what you can ask:
