SMRT CRM Dashboard Intelligence
The SMRT CRM dashboard now shows your business the way it actually runs. Revenue trend, peak hours by day and time, AR broken down by status, and month-over-month performance badges — all built from your real SMRT data with no row limits and no manual exports.
Your SMRT Data, Finally Visible
Dry cleaning and laundry businesses run on patterns. Which store is carrying the week, which hours need more staff, which customers are overdue. That information has always been in SMRT — it just wasn't visible in one place. Today's update surfaces all of it directly in your CentsOf.AI dashboard, updated every time you sync.
The four new sections work together: the trend chart tells you where revenue is going, the heatmap tells you when to be staffed for it, the status board tells you what's still sitting on the rack, and the delta badges tell you whether this month is tracking ahead or behind last month.
Four New Views
- Revenue Trend Chart: A full month-by-month bar chart of your collected revenue, stretching back through your entire payment history. Bars fill the card width so the shape of your business is immediately visible. The current month renders as a projected bar so you always know where you stand mid-period.
- Peak Hours Heatmap: A 7-day by 16-hour grid showing exactly when your business is busiest. Toggle between order count and revenue. Every cell is color-graduated from teal through green, yellow, and orange to red at peak. Hover any cell to see exact revenue and order count for that day and hour. Designed to answer the staffing question without a spreadsheet.
- AR Status Board: Your outstanding AR broken down by order status. Each bucket shows order count, total dollar value, average age in days, and a flag when the oldest ticket exceeds 60 days. The board total matches the Outstanding KPI exactly because both now use the same unpaid-only filter.
- KPI Delta Badges: When you filter to a specific month, the Total Revenue and Average Order Value cards show a percentage badge comparing that month to the one before it. Green for growth, red for a drop. Badges are hidden in the All Time view where a month-over-month comparison does not apply.
What the dashboard now shows at a glance:
No Row Limits
Previous versions of the SMRT dashboard were silently capped at 1,000 payment rows, which meant KPIs like Total Revenue reflected only a fraction of your actual history. Today's update moves all KPI calculations to server-side aggregation using Supabase RPC functions. Your revenue totals, averages, and trends now reflect every transaction in your account regardless of volume.
For a business with 55,000 payment receipts, that's the difference between seeing $35,000 and seeing $1,991,860.
FREM Knows Your Patterns
FREM is fully aware of your SMRT revenue history, peak hours, and AR status. Ask it anything about your operation and it will answer using your real data.
- "Which store had the highest revenue last month?"
- "What is my peak revenue hour on Thursdays?"
- "How much AR is more than 30 days old?"
- "Compare my January and March revenue."
- "Which day of the week generates the most orders?"
How to Access It
The new dashboard sections are live now for all SMRT-connected accounts. Open your dashboard and navigate to SMRT CRM. If you haven't run a Full Sync yet, use the Full Sync (All History) button at the top of the page — it pulls your complete payment and order history and makes all four new sections meaningful. A large account takes 5–10 minutes.
The Period dropdown defaults to All Time on load. Switch to any month to see that month's KPIs with delta badges comparing it to the month before.
