Team Access: Invite Your Bookkeeper, Partner, or Advisor

If you've ever had to screenshot your dashboard to share it with your bookkeeper, email a PDF to your business partner before a big decision, or describe your cash position over the phone to an advisor, you know the friction. Financial data that only one person can see in real time is financial data that can't be acted on by the right people at the right moment.

Team access solves that. Invite someone, they accept, they're in. No IT ticket, no seat license negotiation, no separate account to manage.

What team members can do

Every invited member gets the same view the account owner has: FREM, cash flow forecast, operations console, health score, A/R and A/P aging, scenario planner — all of it. They can ask FREM questions against the account's live data, run their own scenarios, and work inside the dashboard as if it were their own.

Who to invite

• Your bookkeeper or accountant: Instead of exporting reports for them to review offline, they log in and see live data — and can ask FREM questions against it directly.
• A business partner or co-owner: When both decision-makers are looking at the same numbers in real time, decisions get made faster and with less back-and-forth.
• An operations manager: If someone else runs the day-to-day, they can monitor cash flow and job performance without needing to ask you for a report every week.

You stay in control

Only the account owner can invite or revoke team members. Members can view everything but can't invite others, change account settings, or disconnect integrations. Revocation takes effect immediately — their session ends and they won't be able to log back in.

How to access it

Team access is live now. Go to Profile → Team in your dashboard to send your first invite. Every active subscriber can invite up to 2 team members at no extra charge — no seat fees, no add-ons required.
